Regional Inference and a Priority Tier With a 99.5% SLA
The regional inference endpoints, now generally available, let customers choose whether their AI workloads are processed in Europe or the United States, helping companies meet data residency and local regulatory requirements. The Priority Tier, in public preview, offers priority queueing, custom rate limits and a contractual 99.5% uptime guarantee for mission critical workloads, at a cost of 1.75 times standard list pricing.
A Coalition to Fund 1 Gigawatt of Compute by 2030
The broadest announcement is the formation of a coalition of European companies making multi year compute purchase commitments, converted into units called European Compute Units, to fund infrastructure construction across Europe. The goal is to underwrite 200 megawatts of capacity by the end of 2027 and reach a full gigawatt by the end of 2030.
