HubSpot Launches Agent Hub and Agent Builder for No Code AI Agents

HubSpot launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta on July 23, 2026, giving Professional and Enterprise customers a single console to manage AI agents and a no code canvas to build new ones using natural language and Smart CRM context. The launch lands the same week Microsoft and Salesforce also expand their AI agent offerings.

HubSpot launches Agent Hub and Agent Builder

HubSpot announced the public beta launch of Agent Hub and Agent Builder on July 23, 2026, available to Professional and Enterprise plan customers, according to the company's own announcement and coverage from CXToday and Martech Notes. The pair of tools targets a specific problem: the difficulty of managing multiple AI agents scattered across different marketing, sales and service functions within the same company.

Agent Hub: a single console for every agent

Agent Hub brings together every AI agent a company uses in one place, with live status, recent results and organization by business goal, such as building demand, winning deals, delighting customers or scaling growth, rather than organizing agents by technical area. The idea is to give marketing and sales decision makers a business level view of what the agents are actually delivering, without needing to understand the technical details of each automation.

Agent Builder: building agents without writing code

Agent Builder, meanwhile, is a no code canvas that uses natural language and customer context already stored in HubSpot's Smart CRM to assemble custom agents and agentic workflows. In practice, that means a marketing or service team can describe an agent's desired behavior in text and the system assembles the automation using data that already exists in the CRM, without depending on a development team to code each integration.

Who can already use it

For now, access to Agent Hub and Agent Builder is restricted to HubSpot's Professional and Enterprise plan customers, within a public beta program, suggesting the tool is still being tuned before a broader rollout to other subscription tiers.

The context: everyone is launching agents at the same time

HubSpot's move is not isolated: in the same window of time, Microsoft made Sales Agent and Service Agent generally available inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, Outlook, Teams and Dynamics 365, and Salesforce launched Agentforce Help Agent and the Agentforce Customer Service Portal, plus commerce agents integrated with ChatGPT. The three largest CRM and productivity platforms on the market are racing, practically at the same time, to deliver a ready to use layer of AI agents inside their own tools.

What actually changes for HubSpot users

For anyone already using HubSpot as a CRM, the main change is no longer depending on external tools or custom integrations to run AI agents on top of their own customer data: Agent Builder draws directly on the history and context already stored in Smart CRM, which tends to cut down configuration work compared with building an agent from scratch on a separate platform.

Why it matters to Brazilian agencies and SMBs

For Brazilian agencies already implementing marketing and customer service automation for clients that use HubSpot, Agent Hub and Agent Builder are both a new working tool and a signal of where the market is heading: increasingly, the end client will expect AI agents to come built into the CRM platform they already use, rather than requiring an extra integration layer. Agencies that master these native tools early, instead of relying solely on external solutions, gain a competitive edge when selling automation projects to clients already operating inside the HubSpot ecosystem.
